MILK. Returns Policy
At MILK., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible. Please read our returns policy carefully.
Returns Eligibility:
- We accept returns on items within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- We do not accept returns on sale items, worn or customised products.
How to Return:

- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will send you a email along with instructions on how to proceed.
- Pack the Item: Please ensure that the item is securely packed and includes all original tags and packaging.
- Ship the Return: Send the return back to us using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds & Exchanges:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.
- Exchanges can be processed for a different size or color (subject to availability). If you wish to exchange, please contact us directly and we’ll assist you with the process.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at milkclothingcoau@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
